We are delighted to confirm that our sponsored walk on Saturday 13th July raised just over £1,000, all of which will be applied towards the running and maintenance of the band.
Having proudly qualified to represent Wales at the 2024 National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain, band members sought to replicate the 149 mile journey from the bandroom in North Cardiff to the host venue, London’s Iconic Royal Albert Hall by completing multiple laps of the 6.2 mile Cardiff Bay Trail.
Inclusive of several well deserved stops for hydration and refreshment, a thoroughly enjoyable day was had by all!
